Beginning in 2005, Clemens has worked with PNC Bank to build over 70 new LEED certified bank branches throughout the MidAtlantic region.
The locations were scattered throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky.
All braches received LEED Silver & Gold certifications Each branch includes recyclable standing-seam metal roofs, low VOC products, water reclamation system, solar panels, and daylight harvesting. The branches range from 3,700-4,200 square feet and are typically constructed in 20-24 weeks.
